Here is what you’ll need:
♨ 6 large Eggs, hard boiled
♨ 2 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
♨ 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
♨ 3 tbsp Vegenaise Mayo (made from Grapeseed Oil)
♨ 1 tbsp sweet Onion, grated
♨ 1 tsp dried Salad Seasoning
♨ 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
♨ ¼ tsp Salt (or Garlic Salt)
♨ ¼ tsp Sweetener (like Coconut Sugar or White Sugar, optional)
♨ ¼ tsp Pepper, freshly ground
♨ ½ cup Pimiento-stuffed Green Olives, sliced
♨ Hearty Whole Grain Bread
♨ Lettuce and Tomato, optional
