Recipe for Egg Salad SandwichMake this for a meal, or use it as finger-sandwiches at a party. Dianne Linderman shares the perfect way of mashing and chopping the eggs to get the right consistency. This recipe is simple to make, but the combination of all the right ingredients takes this egg salad sandwich to a whole new level!

Here is what you’ll need:

♨ 6 large Eggs, hard boiled
♨ 2 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
♨ 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
♨ 3 tbsp Vegenaise Mayo (made from Grapeseed Oil)
♨ 1 tbsp sweet Onion, grated
♨ 1 tsp dried Salad Seasoning
♨ 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
♨ ¼ tsp Salt (or Garlic Salt)
♨ ¼ tsp Sweetener (like Coconut Sugar or White Sugar, optional)
♨ ¼ tsp Pepper, freshly ground
♨ ½ cup Pimiento-stuffed Green Olives, sliced
♨ Hearty Whole Grain Bread
♨ Lettuce and Tomato, optional

Buttermilk CornbreadHow do you make Cornbread? This delectable, mouth-watering Buttermilk Cornbread Recipe is simple to make. You can either bake it in an iron skillet, or in a glass baking dish. You can also bake it on a campfire when you go camping (Dianne will tell you how to do that!). After you’ve made this recipe at least once, you can try it out with coconut oil instead of butter. Let us know how it turns out!

Here is what you’ll need:

♨ ¼ cup Butter
♨ 1½ cups Buttermilk
♨ 1 large Egg
♨ cups Cornmeal, self-rising and organic*
♨ 1/8 cup Honey

* You can substitute self-rising Cornmeal with regular Cornmeal, plus 2 tsp of Baking Soda

Creole JambalayaHave you ever made jambalaya? Well, it’s the easiest thing in the world! And the best part is – it’s a “one pot” meal all by itself, which will feed your entire family. If you’d like to step it up a notch, just toss together a side salad, and some drinks, to serve alongside.

With this recipe, you just toss together all the ingredients and get a nice big meal – perfect for dinner!

Here is what you’ll need:

♨ 2 c tiny Shrimp, cooked
♨ 2 tbsp Butter, or Coconut Oil
♨ 1 large sweet Onion, chopped
♨ 8 Green Onions, chopped
♨ 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
♨ 2 Celery ribs, chopped
♨ 3 c Ham, cubed and Cooked (if possible, get organic or no-nitrate ham, about 1 lb)
♨ 1 lb Cajun or Smoked Sausage, sliced
♨ 1 8-oz can Tomato Sauce
♨ Garlic Salt to taste
♨ Pepper to taste
♨ ¼ tsp Red Pepper, ground
♨ 5 c Brown Rice, uncooked
