Oven Baked Chicken Recipe by Dianne LindermanIf you’ve never tried one of Dianne Linderman’s recipes, this one is a great place to start. Super-easy to prepare, and tastes absolutely incredible (no exaggeration there!). This Oven Baked Chicken Recipe can feed an entire family, and they will love it so much that it will become a staple in your kitchen.

Dianne, as always, uses simple ingredients that anyone can toss together to make this dish. You can use your favorite chicken pieces to make it – whether it’s breasts, or thighs – or both. Be sure to listen to the instructions on how to make it!

Here is what you will need:

♨ Chicken pieces (breast, thighs, or both)
♨ Olive Oil spray
♨ Oat Bran (enough to coat the Chicken pieces)
♨ Potatoes
♨ Carrots
♨ 2-3 packages of dry, natural Italian Salad Dressing Mix
♨ Garlic Salt (to taste)

Note: As a variation, try adding ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar – simply pour it over the dish before placing chicken in the oven.

Why not try making it for dinner tomorrow? Be sure to let Dianne know how it came out – just follow Homemade Recipes Radio of Facebook and share your comments there!
