Healthy Fried Chicken Recipe

Dianne is passionate about cooking, but she is also passionate about health. One of the great things about her cooking is that she is constantly coming up with healthier ways of making food, of which this recipe is a perfect example.

This is a healthy way to pan fry your chicken – dark meat or white meat, and it is very simple to make, too!

Here is what you’ll need:

♨ 8 pieces of chicken
♨ 2 cups buttermilk
♨ 1 cup oat flour (or oat bran, or flax seed – or you can use 1/3 of each to make a full cup)
♨ ½ tsp sweet paprika
♨ salt (or garlic salt)
♨ ground pepper
♨ garlic powder
♨ ¼ cup to ½ cup virgin coconut oil
