Creole JambalayaHave you ever made jambalaya? Well, it’s the easiest thing in the world! And the best part is – it’s a “one pot” meal all by itself, which will feed your entire family. If you’d like to step it up a notch, just toss together a side salad, and some drinks, to serve alongside.

With this recipe, you just toss together all the ingredients and get a nice big meal – perfect for dinner!

Here is what you’ll need:

♨ 2 c tiny Shrimp, cooked
♨ 2 tbsp Butter, or Coconut Oil
♨ 1 large sweet Onion, chopped
♨ 8 Green Onions, chopped
♨ 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
♨ 2 Celery ribs, chopped
♨ 3 c Ham, cubed and Cooked (if possible, get organic or no-nitrate ham, about 1 lb)
♨ 1 lb Cajun or Smoked Sausage, sliced
♨ 1 8-oz can Tomato Sauce
♨ Garlic Salt to taste
♨ Pepper to taste
♨ ¼ tsp Red Pepper, ground
♨ 5 c Brown Rice, uncooked

♨ 6 ½ cups Water
♨ 1 cup condensed Chicken Broth
♨ 2 lbs Pinto Beans, dried (soak overnight for faster cooking)
♨ 5 cloves Garlic, chopped
♨ ½ Onion, chopped (sweet or red)
♨ 5 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
♨ 2 tbsp Black Pepper
♨ 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (or to taste)
♨ 2 slices Bacon (optional)

If you like refried beans, you should seriously consider refrying these with Coconut Oil. They’re out of this world!

♨ 1/4 cup Cream (added 1-2 tbsp at a time)
