How do you make Cornbread? This delectable, mouth-watering Buttermilk Cornbread Recipe is simple to make. You can either bake it in an iron skillet, or in a glass baking dish. You can also bake it on a campfire when you go camping (Dianne will tell you how to do that!). After you’ve made this recipe at least once, you can try it out with coconut oil instead of butter. Here is what you’ll need:
♨ ¼ cup Butter
♨ 1½ cups Buttermilk
♨ 1 large Egg
♨ cups Cornmeal, self-rising and organic*
♨ 1/8 cup Honey
* You can substitute self-rising Cornmeal with regular Cornmeal, plus 2 tsp of Baking Soda
