If you’ve never cooked with it, you will definitely want to hear Dianne’s unique recipe for a pizza crust that is both healthy and delicious, and what’s even better – gluten-free!

Here is what you will need:

♨ 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
♨ 1 Egg
♨ 1 tbsp Cream of Buckwheat or Flax Meal
♨ 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
♨ 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
♨ A little bit of Coconut Oil and Coconut Flour for rolling out the dough

This recipe is fast to make and Dianne gives great instructions on how to cook your dough before putting on all the toppings. Enjoy!

Everyone loves this dessert-like French Toast Recipe because it is very versatile, fast and easy. You can top it off with pure maple syrup, fresh fruit, or even melted butter (or coconut oil) and powdered sugar. Either way, chances are – you’re gonna love it!

Here is what you will need:

♨ 4 slices of Milton’s Whole Grain Bread (or any other bread of choice)
♨ 2 Eggs
♨ 3 tbsp Coconut Cream
♨ 1 tsp Vanilla
♨ ¼ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
♨ 3 tbsp Coconut Oil for cooking (Organic if possible)
♨ Pure Maple Syrup for topping
♨ Fresh Fruit (optional)
