Dianne Linderman came up with this summertime recipe – perfect to make right now, as strawberries are in season! This salad can be served with soup and bread on the side for a perfect dish.
Along with a recipe for strawberry, spinach and chicken salad, Dianne also put together an amazing recipe for a perfect dressing to go along with it. The ingredients are healthy, and the entire dish is easy to make from start to finish.
Here is what you’ll need:
For the Salad:
♨ 6 cups of Spinach (or Baby Spinach)
♨ 4-6 cups of sliced Strawberries (organic if possible)
♨ 4-5 cups of cooked Chicken
For the Dressing:
♨ ½ cup Grape Seed Oil or Olive Oil (or any other Oil that you prefer)
♨ ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
♨ ¼ cup Maple Syrup
♨ ¼ tsp Paprika
♨ 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
♨ Poppy Seeds (optional)
♨ Garlic Salt (to taste)
