♨ boneless pieces of chicken, sliced into thick strips
♨ 1/3 cup oat flour
♨ 1/3 cup ground flax seed
♨ 1/3 cup oat bran
♨ coconut oil for frying

This is a healthy way to pan fry your chicken – dark meat or white meat, and it is very simple to make, too!

Here is what you’ll need:

♨ 8 pieces of chicken
♨ 2 cups buttermilk
♨ 1 cup oat flour (or oat bran, or flax seed – or you can use 1/3 of each to make a full cup)
♨ ½ tsp sweet paprika
♨ salt (or garlic salt)
♨ ground pepper
♨ garlic powder
♨ ¼ cup to ½ cup virgin coconut oil
