Simple Curry Chicken Recipe

Curry is a great spice that has a number of health benefits. Here is a simple Curry Chicken Recipe from Dianne Linderman: Curried Chicken and Brown Rice

You will need the following ingredients:

♨ 2 tbsp Oat Flour
♨ 6-8 Skinless Chicken Breasts (or Dark Meat) – each piece is about 6 oz
♨ 3 tbsp or more of Olive Oil
♨ 4 tbsp Butter
♨ 1 Sweet Maui Onion, finely chopped
♨ 2 Garlic Cloves (or more, if desired), minced
♨ 2-3 tsp Curry Powder, Medium to Hot
♨ 2 tbs of Frontier Chicken Broth Powder (or Chicken Broth or Bouillon)
♨ Garlic Salt to taste
♨ Pepper

♨ 6 cups Brown Rice cooked in Chicken Broth
