To make a healthy pizza on your BBQ grill, start out by making this simple, yet delicious pizza crust.
You will need the following ingredients:
♨ 1 tsp Maple Syrup
♨ 2 packets Active Dry Yeast
♨ 2 tsp Olive Oil + Extra for Coating
♨ 2.5 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
♨ Salt & Pepper to taste

After the dough had been prepared, you are now ready to add the sauce and vegetables (and whatever else you like!) onto your pizza. Dianne adds a bit of the balsamic vinegar for that extra-special flavor. Now, place it on the grill and cook for about 7 minutes or until done. Yum!
