This was a signature sandwich at Dianne’s restaurant, Country Cottage Cafe. Now, she is giving out her secret to making this incredible Smoked Turkey Pepperoncini Sandwich, so that you can make it anytime you want – right in your own kitchen. Try it, and you will find it to be one of the most delicious sandwiches you’ve ever had!
Here is what you’ll need:
♨ Sourdough Bread, sliced (whole wheat, organic preferred)
♨ Vegenaise Mayonnaise
♨ 4-6 pc Smoked Turkey, sliced (nitrate-free preferred)
♨ Red Onion, thinly sliced
♨ Pepperoncini, chopped (plus a little bit of juice)
♨ 2-3 pc Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced
♨ Ranch Dressing
♨ Tomato, sliced
♨ Salt & Pepper
